Mindfulness is a way of living for me. I love that I get to combine my passions for teaching and mindfulness in this job as my way of making a positive difference in the world. Being able to help children and adults navigate life’s difficulties, enhance their happiness and improve their quality of life is such a privilege.

I love that my job can help so many people - kids, adults, teachers and parents. Mindfulness has made me look at life with a positive perspective. My favourite aspect of what we teach is gratitude, I always go to bed listing the highlights of my day!

I am grateful everyday for being able to utilise the skills of mindfulness in my everyday life and my children’s lives. Life can be a roller coaster of emotions and Mindfulness helps me keep myself level and positive. The benefits for children is immense. I often say to myself “imagine if I knew about Mindfulness when I was a child”. The skills and strategies that we teach children with our amazing program are life changing for little people and they take them with them on their journey through life.

Mindfulness helped my own life in so many valuable ways and I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to share what I’ve learnt to help kids thrive. I am extremely passionate about working for Head and Heart Mindfulness. I believe mindfulness is a super power we can instil within a child’s mind and it is such a privilege to be able to share this journey with them.

Mindfulness is a such an important and valuable tool for managing our mental health. It has helped me so much over the past few years, I only wish I discovered it earlier! Every day I wake up feeling so fortunate and grateful that I get to teach mindfulness to children, knowing it will help them throughout their lives.
