Today’s fast pace world has a significant impact on our mental health and wellbeing. Kids and adults alike are exhausted, stressed, anxious, overwhelmed and the list goes on.
Our brains and bodies need time to rest and recharge. We all want to feel calm, happy and positive rather than rushed, moody and negative. But where do we start??!
These new holistic coaching sessions on offer with Kylie, will teach you essential life-skills to cultivate optimal wellbeing and help you deal with life’s difficulties… you may find yourself wishing you had learnt these strategies as a child OR be so proud that your child is learning them now.
Kylie has devised three offers to target three key needs for improved mental health and wellbeing for children and adults:
The need to feel relaxed, calm and at peace within ourselves and in our environment
The need to feel skilled to care for ourselves and our loved ones effectively when difficulties arise in our/their life.
The need to feel empowered to make positive and lasting change to our thinking and behaviour, and ultimately be more in control of our lives.
When these needs are met, they allow us to experience greater ease, joy and fulfillment.
Each of these session options are different to any other mental health, holistic healing, or coaching session that you have had in the past as they have been created by Kylie exclusively for the new coaching sector of Head and Heart Mindfulness.
The Feel Relaxed, Feel Skilled and Feel Empowered sessions all combine a mix of mindfulness, meditation, heartfulness and positive psychology, and are entwined with strategies from various other holistic modalities and coaching techniques in which Kylie has training and experience for example EFT, NLP, energy work and aromatherapy to bring about positive change in mental, emotional and physical health.
Kylie uses her caring nature and years of experience as a teacher to connect with children and adults alike, and to provide you with a safe and supportive environment in which to rejuvenate and heal.
She personally guarantees that you will leave each session feeling more relaxed, more skilled or more empowered than you had before your session.

Feel RelaxeD
Feel Relaxed Holistic Coaching Sessions - Online and in-person
60 minute duration - suitable for children and adults (children must be accompanied by an adult).
The Feel Relaxed holistic coaching sessions focus on releasing stress, overwhelm and uncomfortable emotions through a series of gentle and easy guided activities. These sessions are to act like a reset button, providing your brain, body and nervous system with beneficial rest from your day-to-day life. Each session follows a carefully curated sequence of mindfulness, meditation, heartfulness and positive thinking. The aim of the Feel Relaxed session is to allow you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and simply relax. Upon completion of the session, Kylie will assist you in planning your own mental health self-care plan.

Feel Skilled
Feel Skilled Holistic Coaching Sessions - Online and in-person
60 minute duration - suitable for children and adults (children must be accompanied by an adult).
The Feel Skilled holistic coaching sessions focus on providing you with effective tools and strategies to manage your thoughts and feelings during times of unease and difficulty. These sessions aim to give you simple and effective skills that you apply to feel a greater sense of comfort, calm and happiness in your life. In each session, Kylie will provide instruction, modelling and guidance on understanding the connection between our mind, emotions and our body, and teach you practical skills to add to your ‘skills toolbox’. Each session is tailored to the participants situation and individual needs. All sessions combine mindfulness, meditation, heartfulness and positive thinking, and they end with a relaxation session.

FEEL EMPOWERED
Feel Empowered Holistic Coaching Program - online and in-person
6 x 60 minute sessions
The Feel Empowered option is a 6 session coaching program that includes weekly or bi-weekly, 60 minute coaching sessions. During this program you will explore the background of mindfulness, why it works, learn the basic neuroscience of emotional regulation, and gain practical life skills that will enable you to live a mindful life (yes! this is possible).
Over the 6 sessions, Kylie’s will devise an individualised program based on your needed that will aim to:
improve your relationship with your thoughts and emotions
learn which specific self-regulation strategies suit your mind and body the best
develop daily practises that nurture your brain function and foster positive mental health
increase you resilience to life’s difficulties and change
build an optimistic outlook on life
enhance your focus on kindness, empathy and gratitude for improved happiness
learn to cultivate compassion of yourself and others to enhance your self-acceptance and understanding of others
build positive new habits that will bring calm to the chaos of day to day life
allow your positivity to grow and flourish
This program will include self-reflection, mindfulness theory, mindfulness practise, heartfulness exercises, releasing of unhelpful thoughts and emotions, goal setting, positive self-talk, building positive new habits and neural pathways, and a guided relaxation/meditation session. You will also collaborate with Kylie to create your own at-home self-program to and allow you to cope with normal life to the best of your ability.
Kylie’s aim for this Feel Empowered program is to help you feel confident and in-control your life, now and into the future, so that you can savor the highs on the rollercoaster of life and maintain your calm through the lows.
