Schools and WOrkplaces
Head and Heart Mindfulness are dedicated to improving the wellbeing of all staff working in educational settings and other businesses. We provide 6 week courses that are designed around the needs of your staff in collaboration with prinicpals, directors and management. Head and Heart Mindfulness will come to you each week or fortnight for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on your time available. We know that workplaces are busy and time poor so we aim to deliver you with succinct lessons that are informative, supportive and relaxed. Each session will include group time to celebrate the workplace successes, mindfulness meditation, mindfulness explanations and strategies, guided meditation and mindful activities to try at work and home throughout your week. Our courses can be run to a minimum of 6 staff (prices increase per person if less than 6 people). Alternatively we can facilitate a one day mindfulness course at a time that suits you.
Head and Heart Mindfulness can provide mindfulness professional development sessions at your school or workplace during your staff meetings or TPD days. Please enquire for more details.
*Personal knowledge and practise of mindfulness is essential for you to be an effective and understanding teacher of mindfulness in your classroom.

PREGNANCY CLASSES
Head and Heart Mindfulness offer classes to pregnant women to protect the health and wellness of both mother and baby during pregnancy. Our weekly sessions will help expecting mums to keep stress levels and anxiety down, improve happiness and allow for quality time with just mum and growing baby in a relaxing and supportive environment. Participants will learn mindfulness, meditation and heartfulness tools to help them during pregnancy and labour. Research has found that the less stress that a mother experiences during pregnancy, the healthier the newborn with less developmental problems.
This is a drop in class and activities will vary from week to week. For bookings please contact Kylie.
